Order Processing Time

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Method

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 2–5 days to become active in the system.

If you have not received tracking details after 5 business days, please contact our support team.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Incorrect Address

If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Multiple Items
